Bruschetta made the old-fashioned way, with passion and honest ingredients.

At Tannino, we prepare bruschetta using artisan sourdough bread, made with whole grain or semolina flour.
They are simple creations, yet carefully crafted down to the smallest detail. Unsurprisingly, the intoxicating aroma that fills the air brings back many family memories — flavors that linger in the heart, which we try to revive in every slice.

Furthermore, we use only genuine ingredients, such as:
– 24-month aged Parma ham
– Fresh burrata from Puglia
– Capocollo from Martina Franca
– Patanegra lard

Each pairing is designed to enhance the true flavors of our tradition, without unnecessary complications.

Finally, to complete the experience, we offer over 150 wines selected from small producers: lesser-known labels, chosen with heart, to help you discover wine in a new, more personal way.
